The OEM is the market leader in the mid-range and low-cost smartphone segments. It has done an amazing job of giving its customers the greatest quality smartphone they could afford without sacrificing its appearance or feel.
To deliver a smooth initial user experience while configuring the new smartphone to track down the smartphone inventory to the last mile.
The OEM needed complete visibility into how quickly their stock was running out in every location of the nation. The main goal was to create a robust supply chain ecosystem to meet the demands of the customers across different geographic regions. It was done, particularly, to see how inventory was being sold against how much was built out in production.
Traditionally, the OEM could not track its inventory and cloud activation for providing value-added services. The conventional authentication method was replaced with a P2A-based authentication method by TruSense’s next-generation authentication technology, TruAuth. P2A-based Authentication solution has assisted in achieving 100% handset authentication after being incorporated at the enterprise’s end without sacrificing the end-user experience. Since P2A-based authentication is seamless, it offers end users a frictionless experience.
By collaborating with Trusense to develop its phone authentication solution, automatic device authentication and other cloud service activation, it brought forward a much more seamless user experience. The following findings were observed by the enterprise during the TruSense interaction.
